Bellora collects the information you choose to provide through contact, Services, Clinic Scan, and directory claim forms. This can include your name, business details, email address, phone number, website, role, and message.
We also collect limited technical information needed to protect the website, understand aggregate usage, and diagnose errors.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your request, prepare a Clinic Scan, verify directory claims, improve Bellora, and maintain a record of business enquiries.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing without permission.
Service providers
Bellora may process form information through Cloudflare, Google Sheets, and Resend. These services support website delivery, spam prevention, lead storage, and transactional email.
Information may be processed outside the UAE under the safeguards provided by those services.
Retention and security
We retain enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to people who need the information for Bellora operations.
No online system is completely secure. Bellora uses reasonable technical and organisational measures but cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask Bellora to correct or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Contact hello@bellora.ae with the email address connected to your request.
